You can choose the style of show of wrestling - the traditional British "World of Sport" style events, contested over 6 rounds with the winner requiring 2 falls, 2 submissions or a knockout. This style of show is best suited to the 40+ age group who can remember commentary by Kent Walton and the legends of British wrestling such as Jackie Pallo, Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks. This style of show is becoming very popular again.
Alternatively you can watch American style wrestling, similar to the Sky WWE format, wrestled over a time limit, with the winner requiring 1 pin fall, 1 submission or knockout. Which is the favourite between the younger audience.

Also scheduled to appear from ITV's Celebrity wrestling Team captains and former WWE superstars D-Lo Brown & Joe E Legend.
